* More themes cleanup

* Tweak some things

* Fix 'Clear History' icon

* Split out ripple colored to its own drawable

* Tidy up things

* Unify background dim amount

* Use primaryColor for Account login button

* More colored ripples

* use colorOnPrimary for selected comfortable library item title
